Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to reservation date will forfeit 20% of the deposit amount. Cancellations made less than 30 days of the reservation date will forfeit the entire rental amount. Lakeview Management Group (LMG) will however allow for the change of the reservation dates to another available time within the same year. The amount paid will be applied to the next reservation.There is no refund on rental payments due to shorted stays or inclement weather. LMG suggests (but cannot recommend) travel insurance to protect against loss of reservation payments.
Deposit Policy
An initial payment amount of 50% is due at the time of the reservation. The entire rental amount is due 30 days prior to the reservation date. If the time of the reservation is less than 30 days of the reservation date, the entire amount is due at booking.
Lakeview Management Group does not require a security deposit. Lakeview Management Group suggests (but cannot recommend) vacation property insurance which covers damages up to $1500 if anything in the rental unit is accidentally damaged.
