At Lakeview Management Group, we are much more than vacation condos, we are about helping community! Jeremy Rouch, the owner of Lakeview Management Group is blessed to work and interact with people who have disabilities. Jeremy also serves as the president of CHANCES of Stone County, a community group for families who have children with disabilities (www.weneedachance.org), and also enjoys working with Camp Barnabas, (www.campbarnabas.org) a wonderful summer camp for people with disabilities and Disability Ministry. Jeremy and his wife are the parents of a child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). With the rate of autism growing exponentially to now 1:50, they realize that the differently abled citizens of Stone and Taney County need the opportunity to work regular jobs to help them become the successful citizens that many of them desire to be. Jeremy began working for a property management business in 2012, and purchased the business in 2014. The company was renamed Lakeview Management Group, LLC. Jeremy immediately partnered with New Hope Development/Cedar Creek Coffee, the source of the work program, to make this dream a success. LMG proudly uses the strong robust Cedar Creek coffees in each of our condos, complimentary to our guests. This wonderful partnership allows guests to directly support Developmental Disabilities while on vacation! When you stay at an LMG property you are ‘vacationing with a special purpose’. Lakeview Management Group became part of a growing work program for Stone and Taney County which makes it possible for people with Developmental Disabilities to work at minimum wage; we are not a Sheltered Workshop. With the aide of job coaches, LMG properties are cleaned and maintained using this wonderful work program. LMG maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, world class customer service, and beautiful, quality, nightly and long term rentals.

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
All reservations require a two night minimum stay. By making a reservation you have read and are in agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
Payment of Rent
An initial payment amount of 50% is due at the time of the reservation. The entire rental amount is due 30 days prior to the reservation date. If the time of the reservation is less than 30 days of the reservation date, the entire amount is due at that time.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to reservation date will forfeit 50% of the initial payment. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the entire rental amount. Lakeview Management Group (LMG) will allow for the change of reservation dates to another available time within the same year. There is no refund on rental payments due to shorted stays or inclement weather. LMG recommends travel insurance to protect against loss of reservation payments.
Lakeview Management Group does not require a security deposit. Lakeview Management Group recommends vacation property insurance which covers damages up to $1500 if anything in the rental unit is accidentally damaged.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In is 4:00PM CST. Early check-in is granted upon availability.
Check-Out is 11:00AM CST. Please review the check-out procedures located inside the vacation property. Late check-out is granted upon availability.
Off Peak Dates and Holidays
Off peak dates are recognized as any night during the months of January, February, or March. A 3 night minimum reservation is required on the following holidays; Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
Furry travel companions are not allowed in any LMG properties.
All vacation properties are Non-Smoking. If you smoke inside the rental property, you will be held responsible for deodorizing the property and will incur an additional $350 fee.
The vacation rental is initially stocked with hospitality items such as dish and laundry soap, and paper products. Beach towels are also provided as a courtesy. Please DO NOT remove the towels from the vacation unit. Daily housekeeping is not included but may be added to your reservation for an additional fee.
The cost of repairing, restoring, or replacing any damage to the walls, woodwork, floor, or any other part of the unit, the furniture or fixtures, or any common area, caused, in part or in whole, by you or your guests will be charged to you. Please promptly report any damage to, or injury to the unit, or any portion thereof or appliances therein, including stoves, refrigerators, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, walls, ceilings, woodwork, carpets, drapes, windows, and any other part of the unit, building,
or common area.
Vacation Property Management
Lakeview Management Group serves as a rental agency for the owner of the vacation property.
Amenity Pass Card
If your vacation rental is located at a resort that requires amenity pass cards they will be supplied to you. If this card is lost or stolen, you will be charged a $50 replacement fee.
Good Neighbor Policy
Our units are located in a mixed-use neighborhoods that includes both short-term guests and year-round residents. We want you to enjoy your stay, but not at the expense of the neighbors so please be considerate of the neighbors with your noise and activities.

Lakeview Management Group is not responsible for vandalism, theft or any other damages to personal property or for any personal items left in the rental property after check out.
Guests and any of their visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakeview Management Group, LLC. and the owner of the property against any losses, liabilities, claims, and all events of any type of personal injury of any kind occurring in and/or around premises described above while renting.
